I have an Matrox G400 dualhead with 16M RAM. Xv is working properly, but
only on the 1st head. The 2nd head doesn't support Xv extension. The
same is for xmga.
Try to use it without Xinerama and with -vo x11 on the 2nd head. Of
course software scalling is slow, but it's working even with Matrox's
TV-out (hall).
But the best solution for TV-out is using clone mode with Mplayers's
scripts and mga on the 1st head.
