[MPlayer-users] MS Video Screen Codec

Hi, might this codec be same as this: techsmith screen capture codec?

I ahve seen it used in MS Training VideoCD's. (aka windows desktop doing
stuff :). Link to their site: http://www.techsmith.com/

I saw this codec "in action" some months ago and even tested it with
MPlayer...
