Hi,

Finally i've get new directshow (written in C) code working.
So from now, all you with broken c++ stuff can use it.

It's based on code from avifile cvs, which based on code from xine cvs which
based on c++ code from avifile cvs which based on original code from Eugene. :)

now, mplayer is 100% C code, no c++ compiler requires for compilation even
for dirwctshow api.
