[MPlayer-users] green screen?

Last night I had mplayer up and running playing mpeg1 vid clips.  Shut the machine down, went to
bed.  Today when I play the same vid, I can hear the sound fine, but the screen is just a sheet of
green?

I made sure that mga_vid module is loaded.  I also tried playing the file as root, in case
permissions got f*@-ed up somehow.

Anyone seen this before?
