[MPlayer-users] my lirc doesn't work on mplayer - help in configuration needed.

Hello Folks,

my lirc works fine on other programms (xmms, kwintv) but it doesn't work with 
MPlayer

i habe lirc compiled in but nothing happens if i press a key eg. for DECVOL

here is gmplayers output:
[...]
[main] parent: 0x200000a
[main] sub: 0x2000004
Setting up lirc support...               <- so lirc is probably set up?!?
[mplayer] exit.
[gtk] exit.
gtk killed...
LIRC: Got string "DECVOL"    <- this is the first Key i pressed after starting
Exiting... (Exit)

Here is my .lircrc:

 begin
    prog = mplayer_lirc
    button = 1
    config = QUIT
  end

    prog = mplayer_lirc
    button = 2
    config = INCVOL
  end
  begin
    prog = mplayer_lirc
    button = 3

  end
