[Mplayer-users] Streaming Windows Media

Hi,

I downloaded the 20010831 CVS snapshot and am unable to view any
Windows Media Layer streaming video or sound.

I am using gcc 3.0.1 in /opt/gcc (with PATH & LD_LIBRRARY_PATH set
appropriately)

Configure was run with --enable-streaming after I found it was turned
off by default.

Then, I found I had to patch open.c at line 251

        f=streaming_start( &url, f, *file_format );

file_format wasn't being dereferenced

Here is an example of output

[peter at harmony /tmp]$ mplayer -v 'mms://wmr04sea.activate.net/klon'
