Ack, no!  Never ever ever do that.  It gives the entire internet
access to your X server, so they can take screenshots, sniff keys,
simulate keypresses, etc.  Very bad stuff.

At the most, do "xhost +localhost", which will only give all local
users that right.  Even better, root can do 

xauth merge /home/other-user/.Xauthority

which limits the right to root alone.
