You're right, now that you point it out to me.  Sheesh.  Sorry about the
list pollution, guys.  And I tried so hard not to be a moron on this
one.  I hadn't expected MPlayer to have any shared libraries.

Ok, now the driver loads correctly, and I get output.  However, that
output is squashed into the left quarter of the window.  Am I missing
something else obvious?  I hope not.  Actually tried to read the "-v"
output this time.
