I DO have a problem to find in the docs. Or do you mean monitoraspect?
I doubt that it will fix this, but i will test it when i get home.

Do you belive me now? A quiet option that could be specified in the config
file would be very good.

Its only things that i dont find in the docs that i ask about.
Do you know that your docs is a bit hard to find in sometimes? For example
its not very logical that the example config file is in ../etc, would be
better if it was under the DOCS dir.
