[MPlayer-users] Scaling (-x/-y) in mencoder question

Hi -
The -x and -y options I give:
mencoder -v -o foo.avi -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=600:vhq:keyint=250 -x 360 -y 240 -sws 2 -audiofile out.mp3 out.m2v
are being ignored - the output remains at 720x480. I've tried changing
the position of -x and -y in the command line but that didn't have any
effect.:
Does libavcodec support scaling? What am I doing wrong or forgetting?
