[MPlayer-users] realmedia problem

I'm having problems with some realmedia files. They play but really out
of sync. The audio starts and a few seconds later the video starts.
both appear to be at correct speeds but not at all synced. Also when i
use mencoder i get what appear to be synced videos. using lavc with
mjpeg or msmpeg4. but it seems that frames are missing. the video and
audio sync at first but drift apart with the video getting ahead. My
goal is to convert these 15fps RM to 29.97fps VCD mpegs. Any help would
