what revision do you have...i have a sblive 5.1 platinum...i have tried 
everything that you have tried....how does the mplay decoding differ 
from xine....wouild it be possible to just snip stuff from Xine and use 
it here...xine seems to work fine, i just want pmplayer to work cuase 
perfeormance seems better in mplayer
