[MPlayer-users] problems encoding multiple files

hi,

I could temporarily solve it by encoding first to rawrgb (with flip 0 
dont_know_why) and then from rawrgb to divx.

I did it with both png and jpg versions of input images. Both raw files 
display OK, but only the divx output originating from jpg has proper 
quality; the png one looks bad. (my png's and jpg's look the same, with 
very high quality)

why doesnt the direct method from encoding.html work?
