Well looks like the avi header somehow states that the file ends after 1020
MB. I guess its a variable overflow or something like that. So if I use
-forceidx that is fixed but that does not exceed the 4 GB limit. This value
of 1020 MB is used then. Looks like it at least. Thats why I tried piping
with -forceidx, hoping that it would throw the file length away (the value of
the avi header). But unfortunately looks like it doesn't.
