For TVOut, I use the Hollywood Plus MPEG-2 Decompression card, with the Linux
driver (http://dxr3.sourceforge.net/), that works well with V=mpeg4, A=MP3 and
now all is fine:
Excellent TV Out,
Excellent sound (from the card itself),
No A/V sync problem.
