I can't build my own pcks yet:-( So, I have always seek for already made 
RPM.
I've find it with the help of http://rpmfind.net/
gcc 3.0.x (+other 4 gcc-xx-3.0.x) wasn't available for RH distribution. 
So I've just choose
  the PLD distribution .....ehmmmm exactly as I'm looking for those 
pages it is:
Polish(ed) Linux Distribution Test (hope that doesn't mean that it is 
testing pckg:-/)

NO! I'm aware of breaking dependencies...realy....and because this fckd 
upgrade and downgrade
I had to uninstall and again install a half of my packages in my system:-(



All seem that its my failure :-(Just because of wrong choice)
