It's --disable-divx4linux.

Try -vc divx or -vc divxds or, better, get ffmpeg from CVS, copy
the libavcodec dir to mplayer's source tree and recompile.
Then you'll have ffdivx available. That's assuming you're building
mplayer CVS version, which doesn't have ffmpeg included.

In any case, I suggest RTFM again.
