[MPlayer-users] mlayer rpm

I installed the rpm mplayer (mplayer-0.90pre5-2.i586.rpm) and if i 
writte in the console the comand it won load the program and says this:

 -vcd <trackno>  play VCD (video cd) track from device instead of plain file
 -dvd <titleno>  play DVD title/track from device instead of plain file
 -alang/-slang   select DVD audio/subtitle language (by 2-char country code)
 -ss <timepos>   seek to given (seconds or hh:mm:ss) position
 -nosound        don't play sound
 -fs -vm -zoom   fullscreen playing options (fullscr,vidmode 
chg,softw.scale)
 -x <x> -y <y>   set display resolution (for vidmode change or sw scaling)
 -sub <file>     specify subtitle file to use (see also -subfps, -subdelay)
 -playlist <file> specify playlist file
 -vid x -aid y   options to select video (x) and audio (y) stream to play
 -fps x -srate y options to change video (x fps) and audio (y Hz) rate
 -pp <quality>   enable postprocessing filter (see manpage/docs for details)
 -framedrop      enable frame-dropping (for slow machines)

Basic keys: (see the manpage for the complete list, check the input.conf 
too)
 <-  or  ->      seek backward/forward 10 seconds
 up or down      seek backward/forward  1 minute
 pgup or pgdown  seek backward/forward 10 minutes
 < or >          step backward/forward in playlist
 p or SPACE      pause movie (press any key to continue)
 q or ESC        stop playing and quit program
 + or -          adjust audio delay by +/- 0.1 second
 o               cycle OSD mode:  none / seekbar / seekbar+timer
 * or /          increase or decrease pcm volume
 z or x          adjust subtitle delay by +/- 0.1 second
 r or t          adjust subtitle position up/down, see also -vop expand !

But if i write in the console this: (the name of the file cannot contein 
spaces cause if it have spaces won't pkay the file saying that does not 
find the file...)

[mmodem at www mmodem]$ mplayer file_without_without_spaces.mpg

it plays the mpeg file ok, of course that only appears the movie,don't 
appear any console with options to click like to put in fullscren and etc...

What can i do to put mplayer ok, like appearing the "skin" with controls 
to click...
I use mandrake 8.2 with kde2.2.2
