[MPlayer-users] Local related weird compile bug

probably locale problem with the awk script which generates the .h file
containing DEVICE_ATI_RADEON_MOBILITY_M6 etc defines

sometimes i feel i could kill the man who made this locale thing...
people using computers should be able to understand basic english...
