[MPlayer-users] libavcodec problems

i've experimented a bit more now...

maybe the codecs simply refuse to create larger files if they think 
there isn't so much information?

the worsening of the quality could be cause by the de-interlace filter ( 
-npp lb)... i lost the contours of for example texts in the movie...
