[MPlayer-users] suppress "MPlayer" string at top of screen? (was Re: vo_vesa is too fast!)

It seems this mornings CVS version fixes the problem, as now AVI files
are perfectly synched.

A small question though: how does one remove the "MPlayer" title at the
top of the display when using vo_vesa? I couldn't find anything in the
docs about that.
