Well but this seems to fail if the input isn`t already a vcd encoded mpeg
stream, how should i convert a divx, possibly of differing framerate and
framesize, to a vcd/svcd compatible output.
The windows program "TMPGENC" does exactly what i require, but i have no
x86-clone hardware here to run it on..
