I'm getting some errors running mplayer/gmplayer.

Running mplayer -dvd 1 [-cdrom-device [/dev/dvd | /dev/hdb]] gives me
exactly the same error.  /dev/dvd is symlinked to /dev/hdb

I've read the docs and mailing list and the only thing I have found is a
thread on the mailing list ([MPlayer-users] Re: "Can't open VMG info!"
error...) (Started 12/23/01) but that didn't help me any, unfortunatley.

I haven't done anything with libdvdread because as I understand it, it
is included with the mplayer source.
