Duron 1,1 here with arround 30 fps with 640:288, cropping black bars of 
letterboxed video , with lavc vcodec=mpeg4:vhq:v4mv 

For normal tv-sets this resolution should be very good, but this was discussed 
a lot here on the list some times ago ;)
