actually it works now without wine....
so you normally put the quicktime dlls in $PREFIX/lib/win32,
and user ./configure --enable-qtx-codecs....
and it works...
i've just reencoded the-two-towers.mov into a normal mp3/mpeg4 avi
file.. with -oac mp3lame -ovc lavc and it worked...
