[MPlayer-users] how to evaluate ripped dvd size

well email me the errors if you really want. make sure you're using the 
same version as me. the zip i'm using is now at 
http://thirtythreeandathird.net/vStrip.zip I just reunzipped it from new, 
and it worked first time, with that exact command line.

i personally didn't get useful results with that, maybe it likes me more 
now? generally though, i nkow nothing whatsoever about media programming, 
so all i can do is write stuff to manipulate what applications i have got. 
It's also just for my use... i like having standard sized films this week 
:D

oh of course... one day thomas. I wonder how the default audio IS chosen 
by mplayer... often i find that i get the commentary if i don't force it 
to that... again though i've no idea what useful information i could get 
out of anything to let someone choose a useful stream...

again, i like my own standards. *Maybe* i'll get a little serious about 
it, but i generally doubt i will, as i only wrote it cos i'm 1) lazy, 
2) need to learn perl and 3) always make my avi's the same way
