I don't know how default is chosen....but whatever the method, it
doesn't work well. I think it looks for the first stream (by order in
the file, not id #), or possibly the first one that matches the
desired language, default english. IMO it should always default to 128
since 128 is normally the original audio track and the others are dumb
commentary or (worse yet) dubs.
