[MPlayer-users] mencoder sound quality when recording from tV

I could get the sound less louder using alsamixer. There were 2
"CAPTURE"'s there. So i turned both of them to zero.
Now the sound is not that loud, but, shouldn't i have NO sound since it
is set to zero ?
And the sound record quality is still terrible. While Watching tv,
perfect. Something is really wrong here and i can't figure it out :(
Do you think that it may have something to do with "amode" ?
-oac COPY wouldn't affect sound quality, would it ?!?
