Nope. However, it will DESTROY the quality. Can't you just get a long
cable? :)

You'd be better off just downloading the NTSC dvdrips of Voyager...or
importing the DVDs if you're so inclined. There's no good way to
convert NTSC to PAL, but the way Voyager was done sounds particularly
bad...
