Why would you have got dynamicplugins? if you mean by it was it.. postproc 
stuff? Isn't that feature long gone deprecaded?

mplayer -vo help
mplayer -ao help
mencoder -ovc help
mencoder -oac help
mplayer -vfm help
mplayer -vc help
mplayer -ac help
mplayer -afm help
etc.
