This does not work since there's no timing and/or pageflip for the
extra frame. It may vaguely work with broken non-pageflipped vo's like
fbdev/dga/svgalib, but there will be no timing so the extra frames
won't get inserted smoothly and you'll see flicker. It definitely
produces _no_ effect with mga_vid and probably the same with vidix or
xv.
