If you must have hardware MPEG1/MPEG2 decoding, that's easy enough  to
narrow down:

Intel810/815 (open source driver in XF86)
GeForce FX/4 MX (propritary NVidia driver)

Many other cards should support it, but XFree86 drivers for them
(with that feature supported) are not yet known to exist.
