Hi,

please send patches only and always to the -dev-eng list, as described in
DOCS/tech/patches.txt file.
most code mailnatiners don't read this list.
(and no NO NO, do NOT send bugreports, feature requests etc there, they will
be ignored and you'll be banned from the list immediately.)
