This is a known problem in ao_oss, and is partially fixed - channels are still
not recognized correctly probably, use -channels 2.

For this  the demuxer_control stuff needs a bit extension - right now it
can return position in stream in percent. Run mplayer -slave and
type in get_percent_pos  - or bound this command to a key.
