Hello.

I'm having some problems playing DVDs, even with 0.90rc2:

- - playback is not perfectly smooth on pc, regardless of output driver
(tried x11, mga and xmga), but is fine on rmh/dxr3 external output.

- - a/v out of sync of about 100ms ("French kiss", region 1, about +100;
"Original sin", region 2, about -100) on pc. Delay seems to grow as the
movie goes on, requiring further adjustments (200ms at the end of movie).

Especially with "Original sin", on tv I had lots of troubles: the dxr
output seemed to be out-of-sync way more than 100ms and I couldn't find
a setting that worked. The movie seemed almost dubbed, even though it
was the original audio, and I could match it just fine on x11 output.

I tried the autosync option up to 30 but to no avail. The PC is an
AthlonXP 1700 so speed should not be a problem, especially so on dxr3
output, and mplayer has been built with gcc-3.2.1 and athlon-xp
optimizations enabled.

Any clues as to what the causes might be?

TIA for your help,
Andrea.
