Has anyone had a look to the log file that I have uploaded
(coto.mplayer.log.bz2). This file show the output of mplayer -v playing
a DVD when the problem came up... As I explain in other message in the
thread with -vo xmga -ao null the load average go very high.

Please Help! I have no idea of what to do to fix the problem...

	Thanks

	S.

Subject: [MPlayer-users] Speed problem

	Hello,

I have been trying to see DVD and Divx files without the framedrop
switch and I see how I lost the A/V sync and the message "Your system
is too SLOW to play this!" appears in the console.

I am using mplayer rc1 but with the mplayer pre10 I was having
the same problem.

	This is my computer hardware:

	- Pentium III (Coppermine) 1GHz
	- Memory 256 Mb
	- Matrox Graphics, Inc. MGA G400 AGP (rev 82)
	- Creative Ensoniq 5880 AudioPCI (rev 02)
	- TOSHIBA DVD-ROM SD-R2102 (using DMA)

	This is my computer software:

	- Debian unstable/testing
	- gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)
	- GNU ensamblador 2.13.90.0.14 20021114 Debian GNU/Linux
	- GNU ld versión 2.13.90.0.14 20021114 Debian GNU/Linux
	- Libc: libc-2.3.1.so
	- XFree86 Version 4.2.1.1 (Debian 4.2.1-4 20021123003806)
	- Linux 2.4.18 with Symmetric multi-processing support patch

To check if the problem came from the sound card I have try with alsa
0.5, alsa 0.9, nas, oss and sdl audio output and the same. Even I have
changed the sound card to a Sound Blaster 16 without good results.

I have used the video output xmga, xv, mga and sdl and same result.

I have tried with the ffmpeg12 codec with same result.

Could be a problem with my computer hardware or software?
Should I be able to see DVD and Divx without framedrop with my machine?
	What could be the problem?
What can i test? I am without ideas....

I have attach some log files that could help.

	Thanks,

	S.
