Hi,

Which is better?

I have read that Brooktree is badly doing job of recording video in
lower vertical resolution.
My compuer is not fast enough to encode full PAL resoulution at
realtime, and softscalng would eat some CPU cycles too, so maybe I should
buy a card based on a Philips chip? Does it have this problem too?
