[MPlayer-users] don't see some languages on DVD

hmm. i've never seen such disk, but i can imagine that they have
2 tables, one for each region, and you're seeing the wrong one.
it's also possible that stream id mapping tabel is just wrong, just
like on sw ep1 region2 discs. desk dvd players show the menus
(interactive pictures) and not the binary coded table.

you should try -aid 128 .. 143 (each id), one of them should
be czech. also do it with -sid 0..31
