[MPlayer-users] don't see some languages on DVD

Artwine,

I have the same DVD set. It seems you haven't read the info written on
it carefully. It is *not supposed* to contain any czech audio at all
(AFAIK there never actually was any czech dabbing done for
LOTR-FOTR). The DVD is contains 6 english audio tracks (the movie and
4 comments) and an ugly polish "voice-over" audio-track. I didn't
check all of them but the most important one (-aid 128) plays out of
the box (mplayer -dvd 1).

As for the subtitles, you are 100% right. It's really *weired*!
I've tried xine (d5d plugin) and Ogle. In both of them you can find
czech subtitles without problems using the DVD menu. Maybe some info
on the DVD lies about the indexes, but I miss a point here.
