I have a VIA EPIA M6000 board (fanless C3 with 600 MHz). It is not able
to play a DVD or a DVB recording in full quality. The boards have a MPEG
decoder hardware which seems to be supported by the VIA driver, but I
have not found a way to use it with mplayer.
