[MPlayer-users] mencoder problem- just sits at step

I'm trying to convert a tivo recording to VCD using mencoder. It gets to a 
certain step and just sits there like its not doing anything but mplayer is 
using around 98% of my cpu doing it. Its been sitting like this for the last 
day or so. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
