[MPlayer-users] problem encoding with xvid

Hi all,
I have a little problem encoding a dvd with xvid.
When I wrote this command,

mencoder -dvd 1 -oac copy -o ciccio.avi -ovc xvid -xvidencopts bitrate=720:pass=1 -vop scale=720:405,crop=714:576:6:0

I got this output

2 question: there's an option under "-xvidencopts" like the "vhq" of the lavcodec?
