[MPlayer-users] workaround for mencvcd audio sync problems

It doesn't work :-(
Does anyone knows another way to covert an avi to vcd with subtitels
under linux?
I even installed M$ and tmpgenc and that works (the tmpgenc part ;-)
Only the quality is not as good as with mpeg2enc.
