Yeah I've tested it on nvrec using nuppelrec - same
problem.

The tool seems to work, but I need something more
automatic. I've found a way to dump the audio stream
to a file, yet I need to find a tool that let's me
denoise on the console. Besides, I haven't found a way
to reinsert audio stream into a video file using
mencoder without having to reencode. :(

I could live with that if I was able to do the noise
reduction fully automatically and without quality loss
(that is: I don't want to re-encode).

Tried that, I think it's not working appropriately on
my box. According to the btaudio documentation, the
driver sets up another device at /dev/dspX which can
be used. I insmod'ed btaudio with 'analog=1' and
probed all dspX's: dsp worked as usual, dsp1 made
mencoder run weird and stopable only via kill -9, dsp2
and -3 didn't output any sound at all.
Is this normal? What other switches did you apply to
the module?
