Well, the thought to use gatos drivers has crossed my mind often, never had
the time nor inspiration as the current "radeon" driver works nicely with my
gfx board.

I'd just unpack them into /tmp/new_drivers for example and replace
corresponding files in /usr/X11R6 or where ever your xfree86 is installed.
REMEMBER TO BACK UP, there are no guarentees that those will work, they might
be for linux for example..
By the way, there is 4.3.0-1 source distribution out, grep through it's
ChangeLog for example? And post to xfree86-users mailinglist..
