[MPlayer-users] NeoMagic driver for xv doesn't work

Hi,

I've downloaded the patch for my XFree 4.1.0 to make mplayer work using
the video output xv.

I replaced the file neomagic_drv.o I found at mplayerhq.hu in
/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/ and though the driver works, xvinfo
still says 'no adaptors present'.

Does this driver support my video card? I'm using a NeoMagic MagicMedia
256AV in a laptop.

Any help is kindly appreciated, as my thinkpad is not enough fast to use
any other video output.
