Hello,

as discussed in thread "mplayer10pre1/2 audio output" the blurry mp3
output under SuSE9 / gcc3.3.1 seems a bug in this version of gcc
affecting mp3lib.

I found compiling MPlayer with mad support (SuSE Packages mad,
mad-devel) and using -ac mad for movies with mp3 sound to be a
workarround.
