[MPlayer-users] LAVC-MPEG4 vs DIVX4 vs XVID??

Lets forget my test... I wanted to show the differenc of fps while encoding.. What I would like from all of you to help me how to get the best quality picture with fast encoding.. Or if it will be slow, what can I do about it..
Lets think of a 2 hour movie to fit on 2Gb.. Please give me a whole command lines examples..
