As are all other audio codecs from libavcodec... only the interface
needs to be added...

What do you exactly mean? To use mplex to join the audio and video
instead of ffmpeg? I can imagine that, but why exactly? Maybe that's an
(S)VCD issue? I only make DVD's... (using transcode, tcmplex and
dvd-author, btw, at the moment)
