[MPlayer-users] Quicktime audio codecs

I have the latest mplayer installed on my Redhat 9 system.  It works
great, except I cannot get audio for Quicktime.  I realize that I have
to compile the codecs, but I am not sure how to do this.  The docs refer
to put the codecs in '/usr/lib/win32', but I have no such directory.  I
am somewhat new to Linux, particularly mplayer.  Can anyone help me out?
